It is managed by Sarita Khan who visited the area in 2001, fell in love with the everything the area has to offer and moved from Florida with her family to reside in the Northeast Kingdom in 2003.
Jay Peak Vacation Rentals is active in the community and is deeply commited to helping to grow the economic base of the community whilst maintaining the environmental integrity of this beautiful region.

"3 friends and I spent four awesome days at the Coach House. Our main purpose for the trip was to do some skiing / snowboarding at Jay Peak. The Coach house is located only 10 minutes from the hill in the town of Montgomery and offers alot more amenities and things to do than if you stay at the base of the hill - Jay Peak itself is not a real "Ski Resort" town, therfore, you will have a lot more fun after skiing if you stay at the Coach House in Montgomery. There are several restaurants located within walking distance of the Coach House as well as a bar, grocery store, and ski shop. If you're going to ski at Jay Peak book an apartment at the Coach House!!!!"
