This is a vacation package with a difference as not only do you benefit from different spa treatments designed to relax but most importantly, you will leave with Reiki 1 Certification to flow Reiki yourself.
Day 1 - Arrive and settle in at the Coach House in Montgomery Center which offers fully equipped 1,2 or 3 bedroom vacation rental lodging in the heart of a delightful Vermont village. Enjoy a complimentary dinner at a local restaurant (beverages are to the guest's account).
Day 2 - After breakfast in your apartment, you will have an hour long Shiatsu massage after which you can go to a local swimming hole to relax surrounded by mother nature. In the late afternoon, you will have a 45 minute chakra clearing and balancing energy session with an introduction to chakras and energy healing.
Day 3 - Reiki instruction - You will learn this relaxing, healing modality and become certified in Reiki 1 with Terrie, a Master Reiki Teacher. The class is 4 hours long and includes a textbook. Becoming familiar and adept with manipulating the human energy biofield can be potentially life changing. It provides a means to de-stress at home when life's challenges can seem over-whelming.
